FPB3610V-0 is a masterbatch with a hardness of 60 degrees that responds to the recent trend of reduced demand for chloroprene rubber while also meeting the stringent flame retardancy requirements of the UL standard for the 'V-0' rank. It is a rubber compound weighing 21 kg, which includes 1 kg of curing agent batch added to 20 kg of A-grade rubber. By mixing these components, a flame-retardant V-0 CR final material (hardness 60 degrees) can be produced. For example, if 5 kg of rubber material is needed, 250 g of curing agent batch should be used and mixed in. Users who do not have rubber mixing rolls can have us process the final product and ship it out (additional processing fees apply).
